What We Do

We offer creative solutions rooted in evidence–based practices to accomplish the task of learning new behaviors. All behaviors are learned behaviors. Changing our patterns of thinking, feeling, and experiencing opens the way to radical transformations in life.

A few of the solutions we offer include:

R–TEST:

Real–Time Emotional Skills Training – Developed by our Executive Director, Dr. Windell Gill – is an existential interaction awakening cognitive–emotional insights necessary for mindful connections. R-TEST works by embracing the mindfulness of the moment within a constructive learning framework. The learner unfolds and illuminates subtle processes that result in unwanted behaviors. As the learner brings these processes into awareness, new patterns of thought are accessed enabling the learner to change both intra-personal and interpersonal behaviors. Learners change toward presence, connection, clarity, and joy.  R-TEST is offered for Teenagers, Parents, Addicts, Partners of Addicts, and Leaders. Click here for recent R-TEST seminar.

PACE™:

Introducing our trademarked, innovative model: The Psychobiological Approach to Coaching and Education. PACE™ is grounded in the latest research from the fields of affect regulation, social neurobiology, and educational psychology. With an understanding of how the mind–body connection affects learning and behavior, the PACE™ Model assists clients in overcoming a number of challenges that often are outside of one’s own awareness. PACE™ empowers individuals to transform their own thinking and behaviors deeply, as well as effect change on the relationship dynamics in which they participate.

The Daring Way™:

A highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, this model was designed for work with individuals, couples, families, work teams, and organizational leaders. It can be facilitated in clinical, educational, and professional settings. During the process facilitators explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. Participants are invited to examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding them back and identify the new choices and practices that will move them toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.
